Through the mobile app, you can access a full range of data, including sleep quality and stress levels. It features several built-in sport modes for more detailed tracking during exercise. Crafted from stainless steel and available in three sizes, the ring comes with a magnetic charging base and offers up to 15 days of standby time or up to 7 days with regular use.
